FourGreens Technology Pvt. Ltd. is a renewable energy EPC, installation and asset-management company. We take solar, storage and hybrid projects the whole distance — feasibility, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and the years of performance that decide whether the investment was worth making.

Three established solar businesses came together to form FourGreens, and the experience behind it reaches back to the earliest days of solar in India. We work with investors, owners, corporates, institutions and government across India, and with industrial clients in West Asia.

One company, three histories

FourGreens Technology was formed in 2026 by bringing together three companies, each with its own track record in solar.

Twincity Sunlife Mumbai
Started in 2005 and incorporated in 2008, Twincity was one of the early movers in Indian solar: an EPC and consulting firm that advised government and private clients and delivered some of the country’s first utility-scale and rooftop installations, growing past ₹50 crore.
PPSA Pune
Founded in 2018, PPSA built a hard execution record across rooftop, ground-mount and utility-scale solar for public-sector, corporate and industrial clients.



Fourgreens Pune
Founded in 2020, FourGreens focused on commercial and industrial rooftops alongside larger ground-mount utility work.




Together they make one company that can do the whole job — Twincity’s consulting and lifecycle depth, PPSA and FourGreens’s delivery strength — under one roof, with one team accountable for the result.

Leadership

VIKRAM SHETTY

CO-FOUNDER & DIRECTOR

Vikram has spent more than twenty years in solar, and almost none of it from behind a desk. He came into the industry around 2004–05, when solar was barely on the radar in India — first helping government departments and private companies understand the technology, as part of the team at Titan Energy Systems, one of the country’s first solar module manufacturers and EPC firms.

In 2008 he joined Twincity Sunlife and helped grow it from a young EPC and consulting practice into a fifty-crore business, delivering some of India’s first utility-scale and rooftop solar along the way. He went on to set up the India operations of the distribution and mounting-systems brands Proinso and MecaSolar, and later founded Inspire Clean Energy, one of India’s first dedicated third-party solar O&M companies, which he led to an exit to a London-based fund in 2024.

That span — from manufacturing and distribution to EPC and long-term operations — shapes how FourGreens works: on the understanding that a solar asset is not finished when it is commissioned, it has to keep earning for twenty-five years. At FourGreens, Vikram leads strategy and the company’s expansion across the commercial, industrial and West Asia markets.

PRASHANT AVHAD

FOUNDER & DIRECTOR

Prashant is the builder behind FourGreens. He founded PPSA Developers in 2018 and FourGreens in 2020, and over those years led the delivery of solar projects across rooftop, ground-mount and utility-scale work for public-sector, corporate and industrial clients. Both companies now sit within FourGreens Technology, where he runs engineering and project execution.

A Civil Engineer from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Pune, his approach is plain: engineer it properly and in-house, procure the right equipment, build it to last. It is the discipline that lets FourGreens stand behind every project it commissions.
